And they did a GREAT job.  1950's home, some confusing wiring, installed LEDs in living room ceiling.  Had a coupld of intersting things go on with the LEDs (search the internet, see "ghost" and blinking), but Shanks was committed to getting it right.  Thoughtful and pilot employees.
